Precision Air & Water Balance, a DBA of JE Engineering Inc., was established in Kalispell, MT in 2006 to provide HVAC testing, Adjust and Balance, and commissioning services to building owners and contractors. We provide HVAC Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB); Building Envelope Testing; and other related services to new and existing facilities. All work performed by our team, is in accordance with NEBB procedure requirements.
Precision Air & Water Balance has met the qualifications for becoming certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) in Air and Hydronic Systems Testing, Adjusting and Balancing, and Building Envelope Testing.
Our staff include NEBB Certified Professionals, who have extensive knowledge in building system commissioning and HVAC test and balance; along with a widespread background in HVAC and plumbing system design.
Precision Air & Water Balance owns and maintains the calibrated tools and equipment necessary to fully test, balance and commission various facilities. Our tools include airflow and velocity measurement equipment, temperature sensors, data logging instruments, electronic hydro-data meters, electrical meters and humidity and pressure sensors.
