JE Engineering, Inc. is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business. Precision Air & Water Balance, a DBA of JE Engineering Inc., was established in Kalispell, MT in 2006 to provide HVAC Test and Balance and Commissioning services to Building owners and contractors. We provide HVAC Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (Tab); Building Systems Commissioning; and other related services to new and existing facilities. All work is performed per the NEBB procedure requirements.
Precision Air & Water Balance has met the qualifications for becoming certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) in Air and Hydronic Systems Testing, Adjusting and Balancing and our staff are NEBB Certified Professionals or Technicians and have extensive knowledge in building system commissioning and HVAC test and balance along with an extensive background in HVAC and plumbing system design.
Precision Air & Water Balance owns and maintains the calibrated tools and equipment necessary to fully test, balance and commission various facilities. Our tools include airflow and velocity measurement equipment, temperature sensors, data logging instruments, an electronic hydro-data meter, electrical meters and humidity and pressure sensors. We also have frequency band analysis equipment for sound
and vibration testing and are Certified in Sound and Vibration Testing.
